I was the leader on Bus 2. He did an exceptional job driving on the tour of Galena, traveling through the narrow winding streets, up and down, in and out. Mr. Gipson should be commended for his skill, which made our trip most worthwhile. And with the tour, even more interesting. Anna A. Every time I call to set up a charter bus trip with Rockford Charter Coach for our school district, you and your staff are always so fun and so friendly; you make me feel like I am one of your best friends!! At the completion of each trip, I e-mail the teacher or sponsor of that trip to see how things went and the reports back have always been excellent, I have never had any complaints. You have a professional group of drivers and beautiful buses that are students and teachers enjoy riding in each time. Thank you for all you have done to help me look good at my job!! If I use a great company like Rockford Charter Coach to send our students off in, I get praises too!! We had a large party of women Saturday night for a bachetlorette party and it was a wonderful time. After Saturday night we would all recommend Rockford Charter Coach to anyone looking to have a pleasant trip. A special thanks to Bill for getting everything set up for us, and an extra extra special thanks extended from all of us girls to Cindy Fisher she was a WONDERFUL driver and took very good care of all of us. We went to St.Louis for our school trip on May 27-29 2008. Andra gave us the most enjoyable trip we have had in years. Besides her pleasant personality, she got us to all of our destinations on time. She was cooperative when we had to adjust schedules. She truly cared for all of us on the bus. I have been taking school groups on tours for over 30 years. The driver can make or break a trip by the way they drive, interact with the students, and being prompt. Andra made this one of the most enjoyable experiences I have a had on a trip. Please commend her for all that she did. I would be thrilled if she would be willing to drive for us again. The motor coach you assigned us was beautiful and impressive-and the driver was wonderful, so considerate and kind. Everyone at the reception, who rode the bus, were coming up to me and telling me about how considerate the driver was. He went out of his way to help some of the people who were older and had difficulty walking. I gave your name to the Hampton Inn and the Turnberry Country Club and I will continue to recommend your good services. Please tell the driver that we were most grateful for his kindness.
